Be Good With Patients

Sometimes you’ll need to manage difficult or emotional patient situations. We need you to respond promptly to patient needs, solicit patient feedback to improve service, respond to requests for service and assistance and meet the level of service we have committed to with our patients

Be A Good Listener & Communicator

Always be listening by giving your full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions when appropriate, and not interrupting at the wrong times. You should be comfortable talking to others and convey information effectively.

Be Flexible

Must be flexible and understand that job duties may change from time to time and that you might be asked to assist in other areas of the office. You need to be able to work both independently and cooperatively in team settings.

Always represent the practice in a professional, pleasant, and cooperative manner.

Be Able To Read & Write

Write clearly and informatively, edit your work for spelling and grammar, adapt your writing style to meet needs of the job; present numbers effectively, and be able to read and interpret written information.

Be Tech-Savvy

We don’t need you to write computer code but we need you to be able to use basic office equipment like a computer, copy machine and telephone. You should also know how to use the internet and email.
